Regulament General REFRAG Prin înregistrarea pe forumul REFRAG, acceptați automat aceste reguli. Ignoranța acestora nu reprezintă o scuză! Aplicabilitate în funcție de rang Regulile se aplică tuturor membrilor, indiferent de vechime sau rang. Unele reguli pot fi interpretate diferit pentru ranguri speciale, iar excepțiile sunt menționate mai jos. Nerespectarea obligațiilor asociate rangului poate duce la retrogradare sau ban. Dacă considerați că un membru sau echipa a greșit: Puteți depune plângere în categoria Complaints în maximum 30 zile. Sunt necesare dovezi clare. Conturi, username, avatar, semnătură 1.1 Username Nu trebuie să conțină: insulte / rasism / vulgaritate imitarea staff-ului Maxim 26 caractere și 3 simboluri. Sancțiune: modificare automată sau ban permanent. 1.2 Avatar & semnătură Interzis: pornografie rasism / discriminare vulgaritate GIF-uri animate (exceptând STAFF) STAFF poate folosi animații decente. 1.3 Conturi multiple (clone) Strict interzis. Anonymous members who create temporary accounts for the purpose of posting advertisements on the forum will be permanently banned and classified as spammers. 1.4 It is forbidden to disclose personal information about someone, such as personal, banking details, email addresses, IP addresses and other similar private information, including photos or videos. If such actions are detected, we may take action automatically or following a report or complaint. 2. Creating a new topic 2.1 Post in the correct section. Check first with the "Search" function. 2.2 The topic title must be clear and relevant (no "Help!!!" or "Urgent problem"). 2.3 Formulate the message completely and clearly. 2.4 Do not abuse CAPS LOCK or emoji. 2.5 Before posting in a category, please read the rules of that category carefully. Any commercial activity, such as exchanges, sales or purchases, must take place strictly in the "Partners" area.
